Today SimCity BuildIt was updated with a new feature - Club Wars.

Probability aside, since this team uses hiding in shield tactics to win, I don’t see how it is possible for them to get lots of chests to unlock that many levels of disasters. Something is definitely fishy with this team.
The only possibility of them getting so many disaster cards is buying the War Pack. So EA can just check how members of this team procure the War Pack to confirm if they are hackers. If they use Simcash, how do they get their Simcash? Through CoM or paying real money? If neither, then they are getting Simcash through the non illegitimate ways, which affects EA’s bottomline. So I think EA, for own’s finanicial health and longevity of the game, should look into the activities of this team.

- Mai, thanks for letting us know and edited my post. Didn’t know until now. May need to read up on the rules.
- After encountering several teams that stayed under shield for almost the entire war, my club members and I truly feel that the shield issue needs to be addressed soon. We want good fights, and winning is a bonus. We are fine with losing if the opponents give us a good fight by playing legitimately. But with the opponents being either not available or ducking inside the shield for 30 hours to score a cheap win, this is robbing us of the fun we are supposed to have in club wars. And as I had said before, this defeats the purpose of Simcity Buildit being an interactive game.
We have lots of fun fighting active clubs, chatting about how we love to get attacked by the opponents. And we love to continue to fight such clubs. But if teams are using shields to win wars, soon, lots of clubs will soon turn to this way to win wars. The form of inactivity not only affects us and other players who want good fights, it also affects EA’s bottomline.
So I really hope the developers can do something about this soon, like disabling shields with no rewards after 10 hours.
One last thing, my club members had emailed to EA about this, and they got the exact same rude responses from the CSOs. So is there a channel for me to feedback on the need for them to improve their services? Appreciate the help.
