In-game "Contact Us" feature stuck on loading
Hi everyone,
Recently, I encountered a technical bug with the Mayor’s Contest Wheel. This glitch caused my account to be flagged incorrectly, and I’ve been placed in the "Isolator Server" (banned?). I can no longer see the normal Global Trade HQ or participate in Club activities.
EA Support instructed me to use the in-game "Contact Us" feature to submit a ticket. They stated this is the only way for the technical team to access my data and fix the bug.
However, the "Contact Us" button is stuck on a perpetual loading screen. I’ve tried switching networks, clearing cache, and reinstalling the app, but nothing works. I even tried looking for the old 「simcity-buildit.zendesk.com」 portal I saw in YT, but that site is now defunct.
Has anyone successfully loaded the in-game support page? (Are there specific network or VPN settings required?)
