I have several issues with the way the war portion of the game has been implemented, but the one that really eats at me every single time our club engages in a war is the ridiculous 15-minute wait for an energy point to replenish. If I take the time to amass 15 attacks, I should be able to burn through them as quickly as I see fit, even if that is all in the first three mins of the active war hours.
Alterntively, if you feel that this energy replenishment period is just so absolutely necessary, Please, for the love of all things holy, decrease the time it takes to replenish a single energy point to something in the realm of reasonable like NO MORE THAN five minutes. The last 1-2hrs of the active war period could then have NO energy requirement at all (I would personally love to see how this affects gameplay and strategy).
Whatever the case, 15 minutes for every war energy point is just absurd and kills momentum. Waiting on anything in this game is a real killjoy (and there is already far too much waiting in producing items alone), so the fewer things we have to wait to do, the better.
