My club had lost to 2 chicken teams. While it doesn’t feel great to lose this way, which is especially unfulfilling since we hardly get anything out of the war, no personal chests and no fun, I have to admit that the way my team attacks makes it possible for opponent to play chicken. For one, lots of members didn’t do overkill, so that hurts us a lot. I always remind them to do overkill, but that’s the furthest I can go.
So my point is I’m fine with losing to this kind of teams. But that doesn’t mean EA should just let things stay as it is. This is getting boring, as many had said. We play this game for the fun, so what’s the point of playing if it gets boring. So when we adopt free play style in wars, we are punished with the boredom of looking at twenty shielded cities with 10 repairs done?
The solution is simple, yet EA refuses to do anything about it. Does EA value even value its customers? It’s disappointing to know that EA doesn’t give a hoot about our feedbacks.
It is incredibly boring when the war is over within first few hours of attack phase, but we need to sit through it for the remaining duration of the war.
Club wars is starting to lose its charm. In fact, I almost felt nothing when we lost to chicken teams. Why? Because I’m starting to get bored with it already and I’m totally expecting this to happen. No surprise, no thrill, nothing.
In the past, there's the fun of getting personal chests. Now that it’s way harder to get chests, encountering chicken teams that restrict the number of chests we can get just makes it worse. This is hardly fun anymore. Now I play as a commitment to my team rather than I truly enjoy playing it like I was in the past.
