Wow. No response from EA at all!I spend money on this game but this latest update touted as making war more “fun” is a fox in disguise. It’s a money generator for EA passing as a good thing for the players. If it wasn’t money grabbing they would not have decreased rewards in any way.That being said our problem with the game now, since the lag seems to have been fixed without ANY communication from EA is as follows:1) decreasing prizes is TERRIBLE! Should have started minimum prize with original (3 platinum keys).2) Chests way too expensive. 18,000 for first gold chest verses 12,000. Why not just add more chests: Bronze, silver, gold, platinum.3) no site to explain and give ALL info on changes, like how much each chest cost. I only got to 3rd silver chest so only know what first gold chest requires not 2nd and 3rd. Why not a help page will all war facts like prizes etc4) in general I wish EA had an official site with game info like maximum numbers of tokens needed to generate a token, maximum boosts information.5) This is SimCityBuildIt, not SimCityWar. When will EA do something to help land maxed players? Allow us to bulldoze any omega item we want? Improve ability to rearrange city when space not available. I can store boosts but not other items. I’m sure there’s a fix for this.I have spent more money than I’d like to admit on this game but EA is ruining it for me. So this cash cow is done. I will invest minimal $ on this game.

One of my team members can’t even go pass the tutorial stage because he is under shield when he starts the tutorial and the tutorial refuses to let him proceed!Please let the developers know of this. They need to resolve this ASAP. The updates are useless if the game is not even playable in the first place.

Hi,Sorry to say that this update is very bad , and here are the reason :1) You decrease the reward , before by scoring 12k we used to get the 1st golden chest , now with same amount of points , only the 3rd silver chest2) We get less chance to get war card upgrade , because now you had the war simflouz, the different kind of booster into the rewards you can get from chest3) no way now to know the favorite and most powerfull desaster from ennemy citySo at the end I just feel you did this update just to give us less and you add all these purchasing option in the meaning to make us spend more real cashPlus this update will not resolve the probleme of the cheating teamThanks for reading it

why isnt anyone from EA responding and acknowledging this ? Mai you ask for feedback and then disappear ?? what kind of community management is that ? Everyone is experiencing issues across the board and its time you as the EA representative faced up to it and provided some information on what is being done to resolve this matter.

‘‘This update is terrible!!! The rewards for the EXCESSIVE amount of inventory that one has to spend in order to buy war tokens is ridiculous. You loose a war and you get demoted??? We can’t even figure out the rules. Who put the intro together? Did you run it past anyone who wasn’t in on the programming/planning? And of course the SLOW RESPONSE, I had 800 points to go to get 12,000 points, a new chest and win the game and I couldn’t play it. You can’t even begin to imagine how annoyed I was. That loss cost me over $100,000 simoleons, trying to buy inventory (which took forever) plus all the inventory I made and got NOTHING for, all because I couldn’t get into the war zone to do any bombing. Only 1 other player on our team stuck out the whole game and they got 1/2 the points they usually get, because the game response time was impossible. 2 other players tried and had to bail. THERE IS A LOT MORE TO FIX THAN RESPONSE TIME: better prizes OR make it cheaper to play war allow club members to opt out of wars. Their city won’t show up on the war map, they won’t be able to buy war items or attack anyone nor can they be attacked. They also will not get any war prizes. This helps for people who never play wars, but do challenges instead, to help the team. It also allows players to take a beak from wars, without penalizing the team. Players should be able to change their status, but only in between wars. Uncomplicate the wars. This upgrade was over thought, over micro managed and does absolutely nothing to increase the pleasure of the game. Seriously, what did you add for the players? We’re still doing the same bombing with the same weapons that use the same tokens and we get less prizes for it. Then to get the better prizes it’ll cost us more in time, inventory tokens, simoleons and now some other stupid currency. Unfortunately for AE, players are already seeing that spending money will not make this new war release anymore fun to play. THUMBS DOWN FOR THE WORST “UPDATE” EVER!

I have lots of feedback regarding the updates. But first thing first, the update causes the game to lag terribly. It becomes far worse than before.

All of us in our club r having great difficulty loading the war map, get the attacks in, do repairs and even getting our messages onto the club chat. One of my team members can’t even go pass the tutorial stage because he is under shield when he starts the tutorial and the tutorial refuses to let him proceed!

Please let the developers know of this. They need to resolve this ASAP. The updates are useless if the game is not even playable in the first place.

mai can you pls acknowledge the feedback already given on this board in several threads about the huge issues with this update. the lag has made the war a painful experience. I don't think we should even start having a conversation about the content and the features until EA fix the bugginess of the implementation. its a total mess right now.

After the latest update, the game can not be played now.

I have completed the task of a contest - 3 war attacks. After big problems, I got into the war zone. I started 3 attacks (I did it after more than 10 attempts). I got some war points. I lost all the energy even though the attacks still had some energy to keep. No one of these attacks was counted in the contest. I lost my task in the contest. I can no longer get to the war zone, but my city is filled with green houses.
The same problems with slow and access to the GlobalHQ, Chat and War Zone are reported by other players in my club.

Awful update, did you test before you release this version?
Everything gets slow.
Only play offline is workable.
Even the war item be taken away due to the conflict with members' skill and big lag.
Please fix the problem ASAP.

After the latest update, the game can not be played now.
Sending a chat message, entering the war zone, or entering GlobalHQ takes (if ever) even more than a minute.
I have completed the task of a contest - 3 war attacks. After big problems, I got into the war zone. I started 3 attacks (I did it after more than 10 attempts). I got some war points. And not only with speed are problems:

Energy and war items are lost without an attack being launched.
Some members of our club do not recharge energy at all.
Some members of our club have 11 green houses in their cities, but they are not under the shield and in the war map they see 1 of 11 in their status.
And some of us cannot enter war map at all - the game freezes or shut down every time we try to enter it.

Perhaps it’s time to place a temporary moratorium on the war games until these issues are resolved. Last week caused a great deal of unnecessary frustration do to either poor planning or execution or both and this week has the makings of an even more disastrous week. Reset all records back to Monday’s levels and extend a formal apology and own the issues. Most folks are reasonable...it’s time for the PR guys to step up and acknowledge and address the problem while the technical team feverishly works to resolve it.

We had a lot of the lagging too with this first war. We just finished it, however, and won by a fair amount, despite team members having the app crash during an attack and losing everything with no points awarded. However, our war points did not budge. It is my understanding that they go up if you win, and down if you lose. So why the static number?
Also, even the top team in war ranking only has 2146 war points after all these months of wars. Why in the world would you make the top arena so unreachable? That would take months, or maybe even more than a year of playing at the top level, and winning every time, to even unlock. Especially if they aren't getting awarded at all, like at the end of my club's last war.

I am also barely able to play. The game has signicantly slowed down and I have had the problem also of an attack taking over a minute to complete or at one point timing out trying to get into war and the game crashing.
