Agree, we do the same thing, but if the players are not participating, and they are timed out on getting out of the bubble, their team will lose more points, because the opponents will be able to attack again, and they loose the war making items.
this will force presidents to either keep non players or find new members that will participate.
IMO an easy fix would be to have buildings destroyed auto fix after 8 hours. If a building auto fixes you lose the war item. IMO there needs to be a good amount of time because people have to sleep and work, but 15 hours and your war items and bubble is gone.
- Also time zones can only account for a 12 hour difference at most. It would be possible to miss an 8 hour window if you were attacked as you went to bed or started work but that will affect both sides of the contest equally. I would say the time should be on the building as well, not the city.
I like your thought process but 18 hours provides transit time, meals, family time, baths, repair time etc. (life goes on) and you still get to hit them twice.
- I don't agree. The team that sits in a bubble should not be allowed to remain that way all through the challenge. I think a time limit or penalty in points should be awarded to the ones that are trying to attack and play the game. I'm sure that the programmers could fix that.

Respectfully, I have to ask why a war was started when attack would begin as your team was asleep? This is within your control.
That being said, I believe that it is unsportsmanlike for a whole team to intentionally stay bubbled for such a protracted period of time (especially at the end of the war which can be scheduled).

Thank you for your feedback! I agree that the war start time is second in importance to the end time. It’s frustrating when “turtling” essentially negates the end time.
