Club Wars bubble issue
My club (I'm not the president) just lost to a team who got ahead in points and then just left all their citys bubbled so we could not attack them. We lost by only a few points, is there a way to get ...
My club does not deliberately sit in a bubble but do attack those not playing on the other side.We get points and you do not get war materials to use against us.Hit me and I will use those against you even if I am busy doing seasons.not all players are available to play every war. I do not believe in making a grown adult do something they have decided not to do.
That’s not the issue at all (players that aren’t available to play - that happens). It’s the deliberate strategy of running out the clock to win when available players are not repairing. Imagine if during a football or baseball game one team just sat on the bench and stopped playing once they got ahead! How long would that be allowed?
The problem is that a win is worth quite a bit and the war items are fairly costly. If you are going to win, you can play it safe and stay bubbled. At that point, you will get the cards you earned and the green money and war dollars ect,, but you also can stop getting war deliveries. When you are doing a COM and war at the same time that can be difficult, best to take advantage of the rules and stay bubbled, concentrate on COM and take the win.
Not how I like to play but I get why teams do it. It is an option so you can't really blame teams for taking advantage, the only way to "fix" it is to change the rules. In hockey you would get delay of game, in boxing you would start losing points...
Something should be done asap as it keeps happening to my club. Just recently ever second club we are against is a low member club with high score cards hitters and once they get the lead they stay bubbled for the rest of the war and that's usually like last 15 hours or so.
Someone suggested 18 hours limit and sorry but that's just way too long and makes no sense as they stay bubbled for the last 15-18 hours so it wouldn't solve anything at all.
8 hours is what I think is fair and no more than that. We have members leaving not just our club but the game because of this. Not really smart move not addressing this issue EA....
I readily admit that I am the one that was a proponent of the 18 hour rule...it was thoroughly discussed and carefully considered. It took into consideration potential time zone differences, the fact most folks either work or go to school, and that folks needed sleep and personal time for hygiene and to spend with loved ones. It made and makes much more sense than the eight hour proposal that takes nothing into consideration, it is biased and one sided and doesn’t do anything for the end of war. But I’m man enough to admit that I hadn’t seen the level folks would go to get a “WIN” not a victory so I reconsidered my position and offered a new proposal...
In the thread “War teams just staying under the bubble” I stated the following:
“I have been a proponent of an 18 hour rule since the beginning of the war games but after carefully considering the wisdom of several outstanding players such a Rocodonovan, J6Nicel, German Mayor, Modern Thinker and many others I’ve decided maybe my well considered plan had a giant hole in it...I assumed most folks want to play and have learned that the bubble teams just want to win, regardless what it costs them in war items and chests which I have an editorial comment concerning that I will keep to myself. After careful consideration I offer this new more complex proposal...”
Take a moment and go to this thread a read the proposal and see if it’s more to your liking...it is in the same part of the forum, several threads down. Let me know what you think, at the end of the day we desire the same results...folks to step up and participate in what they signed up for...
Hallo World! 🙂
How about:
Players who earn points while attacking a City of the opposite Club — Player A-Club attacks Player B-Club with 1200 dmg — be able to lose this points first before being Bubbled — Player B-Club has to first eliminate the 1200 points on Player A-Club and then be able to attack Player A-Club and make up to 1200 dmg until the Bubble
This would make the War in Sim City Buildit be like a tug of war. The Winner is who has the positive difference at the End.

Hope this could help!
I’ve decided a Watch Paint Dry app would be less boring than staring at the opponents’ static bubbled cities for 20 plus hours. The longest, most drawn out, boringest time it takes to lose a battle, or win, of any game ever in the history of all games ever. And they want me to spend money on that?
Perhaps offer weapons that chip away at the shield.
