@cricket4103I've sent EA a suggestion email using their ingame support system, I chose "Gameplay/In-Game" pulldown. They said they will take that as feedback and send it to the concerned team. (Not sure if they really do)
Probably they aren't monitoring all the threads in the forum, but must be gathering customers' voices somehow. Not sure from the forum or social media or emails... The shield buster, skipping button of the Vu Disaster movie, cancel button for the factory production seems to be from the player's suggestions.
Might you be more specific about what you mean by skipping Vu Disaster movie, and the option to cancel items being produced in factories? I've never seen these options or how to "skip". Thank you.

@never2old2gameWe had to watch the whole movie when we launched vu disasters. They added "skip button" (blue arrow) on the left bottom 6-ish? months ago. I'm Sorry, I meant factory ads not factory production. In the latest update, they added "cancel" button so we have more control which factory we watch ads to speed up. I've seen players are talking how inconvinient these were, so I guessed EA got idea from this forum.
