Ghost Portal fully upgraded
I just upgraded the ghost portal to level 26. Now, it fills my region with a ghostly fog. Fortunately, there is a toggle switch to turn off the fog when I get tired of it.

Me too but I will be more than curious to find out what would happen if I put it into storage temporarily to relocate it in a different region? Will it lose the upgrades? I have been burned by similar scenarios in the past and too scared to risk it! I have worked too **bleep** hard to get it fully upgraded, virtually collecting pumpkins and ghost essence 24/7 for most of the week and I will not be chasing anything else that would require the same effort ever again! 😞

It will not lose upgrades, you can put them where ever you like
I just tried moving the portal and the Hunter's Academy to a different region. It worked perfectly. They both kept their fully upgraded levels.
