COM Assignment: Expand city area
Does anyone know if expanding a beach area will satisfy this task, or is the objective to expand a land area only? I have seen beach- and mountain-specific assignments... This one is vague and I don'...

Pretty sure city area means city area, and not beach or mountains - because those have their own specific assignments. It's highly unlikely they would cross over.
Just like how the collect war chests have to be a specific colour.
