COM Cheaters?

I just deleted the solution I had marked a few days ago. Yes, one reason for the Contest Rank score and COM leader board score discrepancies might be changing clubs. 

However, both the cities I posted above in the screenshots a few days ago now have a bigger discrepancy in their respective Contest Rank and COM leader board scores. Yet, they're both still in their same clubs. 

Or I can delete the marked solution on my end. Since more than one person gave about the same answer to my question (and the answers seemed logical), that's why I marked my question as solved.

You must not be involved in the Club Wars then. Otherwise, you would know there are numerous cheaters/hackers.

EA agents sometimes respond to forum posts.

Besides, the reply marked as solution is just speculative.

And maybe an EA agent will leave a reply here to confirm. A few weeks ago, I did message EA about this and even included some screenshots. I, of course, only received the generic response and a link to report a player.

That's why I posted the question here because I wondered if there was a valid reason for the discrepancy. Good to know!!
