Connection issues - Update 1.65.1
For WAY over a week I have had to CONSTANTLY restart my game. Having connection issues with train/com/depot server. Resuming game also fails to load and I have to restart.
I have lost out on buying items, completing assignments, and interest in continuing the game.
Reinstalling the game does NOT help any of these issues.
This is on IOS. Not sure if Android people are having these problems as well.
I know you are a small indie company and probably generate less than 100,000 a year on this game...oh wait. Indie companies actually fix their issues and compensate their players for time/issues.
Will we see this happen from EA?

Thank you to the two people who sent the information I asked for, and to everyone else who contributed to this thread and shared their experiences. Unfortunately, we have not been able to reproduce any issues related to iOS compatibility on our side, including 18.4 or 18.5 versions.
Since this thread was opened, the game has been patched, thread activity here has slowed significantly, and no new reports have provided the requested information to confirm or identify ongoing issues related to the original post. As a result, I’ll be closing this thread to ensure any new reports around connectivity issues don't get mixed in with an older issue.
