Plummeting satisfaction after reinstall

I find myself with a plummeting satisfaction after reinstalling the app (from 100% to 20%). It seems that the equipments (electricity, water, ...) have seen their capacities decrease while the demand has increased. For example, the nuclear power plant had 60 and now it is only 18. I tried reinstalling again but it did not work. How to fix this ?
