Contest awards not given very weird bug ???
15.05.2023 - 02.00 pm. I finished the contest 2nd. I was supposed to get the Big Prize(100 platin Keys, 1000 Sim money) , I got 100 platin keys but my 1000 SimMoney still missing. 😞
Detail of situation
I was in the game to take my prize and I was waiting for the countdown but I wasn't in my capital at this time I was in the green valley, my second city
When the countdown is over ‘you have won the lowest level district league’ I got district league awards. I was shocked Cause I was in the megalopolis league.
I wrote to the mods but they did not help. This is a huge and ridiculous bug.
Has anyone experienced like this before ?

I'm sorry to hear that happened to you both. Unfortunately, we can't look into this from the forums but if you can send me a DM with your Player ID, Device Type and date when this happened for you, I'll flag it as a potential bug. In the meantime, if you need support with missing award contents, the support team may be able to look at your accounts and help from there.
