contest of mayor reward not received

i'm suppose to received 250 platinum keys, 2000 simcash and 10 golden ticket for first place but instead i get 0. this happens to me on mayor wars also, but i contacted EA, they insisted to create a ticket in game which does not exist. im quiting the game unless they give me my rewards this 2 days.
