Contest of Mayors - demotion - is it clear?

In the leaderboard, it is obvious what position you need to be to be promoted, because there is a line and words telling you that above this line, you get promoted. But I have never seen such indicat...

    EA has said straight out several times that the bottom 20 get demoted.

I have not seen a "demote" indicator in either the city or metropolis league leaderboard. Just the standard "no prize".

Also, I have typically seen about 10-14 mayors not competing at all (zero score). I would guess they'd be included in the "to be demoted" number, but who knows?
