I have raised the issue to the game support, and their answer is that I was mistaken I improved wrong buildings even if I told them that it happened several times. From what I am seeing, they are not reading forums neither as I am not seeing any answer on their side.
@tagann You might want to double check and make sure that it’s a regional building you’re upgrading...we’ve seen this situation a couple of times where folks upgraded a residential building in the region instead of a regional building and didn’t complete the task. I believe this is what they are trying to communicate. Good luck.
That sucks because you don’t get the pink circle points for upgrading the regional houses.
