Contest of Mayors Revamp: Your Guide to the New Mayor's Pass Structure

I feel stymied by the new cap. While I like the opportunity of doing more than 1 task at a time, my progress is much, much slower. I am unable to move through the pass as quickly as before, my progress halted. I finished all my pass tasks and several days of nothing to do.

Also, getting the Chicago Pride house was impossible. I haven't not finished a mayor's pass or the the pink plumbot challenge in I don't know how long. This last week was the first time in months.
