Continually Crashing within seconds of game launch

I can't pick up anything or even scroll the screen before the game crashes. I'm playing on an iPad Mini on iOS 9 (9.3.5 13G36). The crashes have been a constant struggle, but at this point the game is unplayable. I just did an uninstall/reinstall. I have uninstalled nearly every other app on the iPad, what remains is fully updated. I've fought through it so far to get up to City in the Beach Mayor's Season, but now stuck.

As soon as I open the pogo app and select something, the app closes and goes back to home screen. I aLso have a android phone (galaxy 9) and it does not crash. EA has yet to respond to me about the complaint.
