Crashing so much it’s unplayable

I would be totally fine with simplified graphics and a reduction in all the little spinning coins and other moving objects if it speeded up the laggy gameplay. I have 5 million population in my home city now (had, before service 2.0 anyway) and I don't think the processors in my devices can handle it. The worst is collecting my produced items - so tediously slow as all of them shoot across the screen into my storage. Do you really think I'm excited by these fancy graphics having watched 10million of these things shoot across my screen by now? Obviously the crashes are a deal breaker though. Bad to worse to unplayable now.
