Demand for water unusually high.
So I had to increase my water demand. I had to build seven fresh water pumps. Eventually, I started tearing down abandoned and regional buildings. Well, if I have fewer buildings than I had before and much higher capacity than before, then the problem should be fixed right? No, my demand is still twice as much as my capacity, even though my city is operating with fewer building than it had when I had full coverage and seven less fresh water pumps. This must be a glitch. How can I fix it?19Views0likes0CommentsWho Is Our Liaison To The Developers?
Hello, I have noticed that the mods who normally would (occasionally) appear in the forum have not been active in over a month. Who is currently our connection to the developers? Please identify yourselves so we know who to direct our comments to. Many mayors are reporting bugs/glitches here in the forum, but who is listening and sending these reports to the team who can fix it? Why has the forum been abandoned? We need some clarification on what is happening? Is there a plan to close the game?156Views1like5CommentsGame freezing
I have had a problem with the game freezing constantly for the past four months or longer. Customer support (frankly a joke) advise me that I am the only person with this issue???? I get the same old questions and suggestions on how to fix this issue, by closing down/deleting other apps, restarting phone and WiFi etc etc. this used to be a fun relaxing game, now I just get so frustrated and angry. Is anyone else having this problem to?? EA IF YOU ARE READING THIS, EMPLOY SOMEONE WHO CAN REALLY DO THEIR JOB AND FIX IT ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!!!!!!!587Views4likes29CommentsError code 17 constantly displayed trying to access anything
As of 2 weeks ago I have constantly been getting this error code 17 when I access train services, tasks or other city's. I have looked up and others say it's a network response error. It's not my phone as everything else is working fine. And it also suggests the server side unable to cope with the volume of connections so as I can't fix the server it's up to EA to fix otherwise the game is pointless playing any more.51Views1like1CommentCritical Bug Report: Unclosable Ads & UI Thread Conflicts
Hi EA_Hux Thank you and the team for quickly resolving the recent "Missing Content" loading loop! Since the dev team is currently monitoring the game's stability closely, I want to bring a massive, ongoing issue directly to your attention: the unclosable ad loops. It took me an entire day just to complete a daily task requiring me to watch 2 ads because practically every ad freezes the game. I have been monitoring this bug at the Android system level and made some technical observations that will hopefully help the QA team pinpoint the /exact problem: 1. Dead Endpoints & Unresponsive 'X' Buttons: The close button ('X') appears at the end of the ad, but it is completely dead. I accidentally tapped the screen during one of these broken ads and received a "website is currently unavailable" error. This implies the ads are linked to dead endpoints, which causes the underlying script to crash and breaks the close button's functionality. 2. The Foreground Process Conflict (Gaming Hub Discovery) :I monitored my tablet's "Gaming Hub" overlay, which only stays active when the game is running as the primary foreground app. Working ads: The Gaming Hub becomes inactive. The game successfully pushes itself to the background and hands the ad to a separate container. Broken ads: The Gaming Hub remains completely active. The game never yields to the background. The broken ad forces itself to run directly inside the main game thread. This UI-layer conflict explains why the click-listener for the 'X' button is entirely blocked by the active game environment. 3. Ad-Stitching Corruption: Often, two ads are stitched together. If a broken ad plays first, it completely corrupts the video-player container. Even if the second ad normally has a working close button, it becomes unclosable because it inherits the broken container from the first ad. 4. Permanently Inactive In-Game Billboards: Additionally, the in-game ad billboards have been completely and permanently inactive for quite some time now. This indicates that the ad-delivery system isn't just crashing temporarily after a bad ad, but is suffering from a long-standing, fundamental connection issue within the game itself. Could you please forward these specific system-level observations to the development team? This bug is severely impacting the core gameplay loop for many players right now. Thank you for your support!50Views1like1Comment
