Recently I have not been able to collect my daily $15 Sim Cash! When I click on the link to the sight it is grey out and I can't obtain my bonus. Any suggestion or idea how to get the link to work. I have logged out of my EA account and signed back in to the game. i do not have Facebook. Thanks
The in game link and the button on the web site are not connected/ in sync. You will only get one reward every 24 hours, and the button on the site should have a rubber to show when it is available.
The link in the game will show up every 24 hours, regardless of when you actually collect the reward.
If you're not seeing a timer on the button on the web store then you will need to sort out your login to the site first.
