Daily $15 Simcash Reward Not Working

I tap on claim on the website for my daily reward of $15 Sim Cash.  Then I open the game like it says and i get no reward.  Is there some place we have to click to get it?

This has been happening ever since I discovered there was a free reward.  I’ve never received anything.

One of my team mates said they opened the game if got it instantly.
