Demolishing RZ under construction
Is there a way to demo an RZ while it’s under construction? Seems like there is, or at least ought to be, but I can’t seem to find a way.
Disregard the question... I asked it too soon.
You can demo a residential once you’ve upgraded it the first time. Seems the game will exact some pay whether you like it or not...
