Disaster launch buttons

How or where do I go to get more launch buttons to release the disasters? I did it for the first time yesterday and rebuilt the destroyed houses... Everytime I try to set off another one it says I need more... How do I get more?

    You get them as gifts when clicking on opinion button or by buying them.
