Disney - Ads not giving rewards

You've probably seen this a lot but the Disney ads are not producing rewards. I have missed out on tens if not hundreds of rewards due to this already. Please can you sort it out. Thanks

    typical that this is the only issue y'all have responded to in over a week --

    you're still straight up ignoring the countless complaints about the destruction of the game by services 2.0. when are you going to address that? where is the big apology? where is the solution? where is the compensation???
