Doctor Vu - Destroyed building

Do the repairs keep getting progressively harder, or have I just had a few hard ones in a row, after a long string of rather easy ones?

There's no way to get around it that I know.  I'm about ready to quit the game as the building I destroyed last night needs 143 nails and 143 metal to rebuild.  I only have a current storage max of 90.  So I kind of feel like the game gave me the middle finger.

Max storage capacity which you can get  is 250, so that is a bug and I would suggest to contact support via the in-game menu. 

Ugh. 45 nails, 45 veggies for 1 key.

If this happens to you, ea will fix it for you!!!  Send them a screenshot by opening up a support ticket at https://simcity-buildit.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new .  They will complete the rebuild for you!

We're sorry you ran into such a steep order, so we've rebuilt that Residential Building for you, making sure you got to keep your Golden Key reward (taking you from 109 to 110 Golden Keys in total). WOW! I thought mine was bad... I currently have one asking for 29 Vegetables (58 seeds) and 30 minerals. And the worst part is it's only worth 1 key. The biggest challenge is making room for 59 items in my storage.

Maybe a stupid question but I'll ask it anyway...

Just completed my first disaster by Dr. Vu and repaired all damaged buildings.

For the second disaster I need 2 remote controls but how can I acquire these?

There's no article that mentions WHERE/HOW to get Doctor Vu collectibles.  The Remote Control rarely appears in Global Trade HQ but when it does, by the time you hit the buy button, someone else is a fraction of a second faster than you and it's no longer available.  I'm stuck, I can't get more remote controls!
