I'm astonished how bad Services 2.0 is and how many angry players there are, but what's even crazier is that nobody from EA has said a word in response to the hundreds of posts complaining about it. Not a peep. No apology, no explanation, no updates on what, if anything, they're doing about it. You have to wonder if they even care or if perhaps this was intentional. Did they want to clean out the veteran players? Do they want to cull the number of users? It certainly doesn't look like they intend to change anything. Until we hear from them we can only guess. In the meantime they're haemorrhaging users by the hour. 

They could come out and admit that they f'd up, revert back to the original services system and give everyone another gift of simoleans to clean things up. I feel like we would all be relieved and appreciative of them. At the very least they could respond with a post... anything.

What a shtshow.
