Does someone know what building is this?
I was visiting a guy for trading, and I saw he had these weird buildings, they sort of look like a variant/upgraded coal power plant, with three concrete/metal chimneys instead of the normal bric...
Will be for a new season, or later. Are upgradebel services. That is why service demands went down a lot. Sometimes some citys get new stuf sooner then the most cities. You can see it in You Tube by @simcityvn There you can also see the buildings in new season ; Monaco.
