Don’t want to update buildings

It good be great to have a well designed city. That means having a variety of buildings and houses. I really don’t want every building to be updated. I have tried moving the update to a different building but the issue is really still there. I just want houses and small buildings too. Please consider this as I’m sure I’m not the only one with this issue. Thank you!
