Dr. Vu's Tower....60k?
I've seen some other folks complain that Dr. Vu's disasters wreaked havoc and destroyed some fully upgraded residential buildings. Is this normal? I'm staring at the 60k build cost to activate the Tow...

I stopped upgrading Vu Tower because the items it uses are so hard to find. I've been able to upgrade from level 7 to level 8 for a couple weeks now and refuse to do so. You can still play Vu Tower and collect keys. You just won't get Vu Points.
