Drone Base

My capital and regions are all omega services. The omega services capacity is sufficient except for the drone base. You need many more drone bases to have the capacity for omega buildings as compared to the other services. Drone bases capacity needs to be increased!  Areas to expand are the most valuable resource in the game. See the pic below
