EA ban legit account but allow hackers stay around

I am extremely disappointed that EA banned my account for allegedly violating the game rules.

My city account was about one month old and had reached a storage capacity of 300 through help from other friend legitimate cities , daily port shipments, quests, and a small amount of SimCash earned from war rewards.

What exactly about this activity was considered illegitimate? Meanwhile, cities that appear to be using hacks continue operating without any apparent action.

I have made many in-game purchases on my main account, but this experience has left me feeling unfairly treated. I appealed twice, and both appeals were rejected with responses that felt automated, without a clear explanation of the specific rule I allegedly violated.

Please arrange a proper manual review and explain which activity led to the ban, which rule it breached, and the evidence supporting that decision.Until this matter is addressed fairly and transparently, I will not spend another cent on the game. Paying customers deserve meaningful support and a fair appeals process.

  • I’ve played this game since it was first released and in this forum for almost as long and unfortunately there won’t be much you can do. This is a user based forum so no one from EA is going to read and investigate your issue based on posting it here. If your appeals have been rejected you can only start over in the game and try to avoid whatever triggered the system to flag your city.  Not knowing exactly what the issue is might make that difficult however. If you do decide to start  a new city take it slow and don’t acquire a large number of rare items in a short period of time, just in case.

  • we are fighting against a club that contains 20 cheaters all like this cards, and some city are even invisible. Yet you did nothing against these cities.
