Hey:) we have a problem With the EA login option are not showing on alot of accounts .. please fix this thanks:)

My city is linked to ea account, I installed the game today and the option is disabled to login through ea account

    Me too trying to get retrieve my game i cant log in to ea either no option  any ideas
