Thank you for bringing this up, I was questioning whether it was me doing something wrong, since I am going for the second to last tier of the event track and have realized I am clearly not going to make it to the hospital, unless I spend real money. That's quite frankly disgusting from EA, it used to be possible to grind to the end reward, but now they're just outright making it clear they want us to spend money. Even worse, the event points from purchases have also been decreased, meaning you have to make a large purchase if you want to get the last reward. That's pay-to-win for you all.
