I am dealing with a serious and persistent infrastructure failure that started with Electricity and later shifted to Water and Sewage.
Initially, all buildings showed “No Power”, even though:
- Service capacity clearly exceeded demand
- All facilities and buildings were correctly connected
After rebuild attempts and multiple restarts, the electricity issue changed, but the exact same problem then appeared with Water and Sewage:
- Buildings show no water / sewage
- Capacity is sufficient
- No broken connections
This behavior points to a broken or stalled infrastructure simulation, not a city design issue.
I have contacted EA Customer Support several times. Unfortunately:
- The problem has not been acknowledged as a bug
- Escalation has been refused or ignored
- Responses are generic, scripted, and do not address the actual issue
At this stage, support has shown little willingness to listen or act, leaving affected players without a real path forward.
🔴 If you are experiencing similar issues, contact EA Customer Support and explicitly request escalation. Use clear technical wording such as:
- Infrastructure services not updating
- Electricity / Water / Sewage failure despite excess capacity
- Simulation or network propagation failure
- City services stuck and not refreshing
- Request escalation to technical / engineering review
More reports using consistent language may be the only way to get this issue properly investigated.
