Epic Buildings - Mountains

Question

I have quite a few epic buildings, but the option to have mountain specialization never comes up! The landmark one doesn't either, but I'd really like some of the mountain epic houses for my city! Does anyone know why this might be?

It's probably not the problem but if you are not inside the "green zone" for these areas they will not come up. Move the epic building inside a mountain specializations "green zone" and just keep tapping on change until it reads mountain. Same with landmarks. Hope this helps.
