epic city reward got stuck. cant complete it

so i did erase the game once n reinstalled it. logged into my account to see if the problem went away but it didnt. what to doo...?

llamas, ive been producng turtle tokens. no wonder its stuck. so my bad,. i guess the confusion was that english isnt my first laungage. lol thx Ea for your support.
