Can anyone clarify for me... Before starting an epic project there are two options:
Change specialization and transfer epic project.
I believe change specialization would be from say going from beach project to transportation project. What I want to know is what transfer epic project is? I assumed it would be that it would select a different building style but last time I did it which by the way cost more simoleons it did not change the building style but instead changed the specialization. Any responses would be appreciated, see screenshot

Yes, "change specialisation" changes the epic project to another specialisation providing you have another specialisation within range of that building.
"Transfer Epic Project" will select another building to convert to an Epic Project. This is because you might be attached to that particular design and don't want it converted.
