The dollar prices of individual buildings are very high

the bids for individual buildings are still high, why do they have to offer buildings with terrain expansion pieces? i've already expanded all my terrain, i don't need those pieces and i don't want to pay for them, they just include them to inflate the price... individual buildings of the classic ones used to cost 10 dollars, that was expensive but acceptable, but 20-25 dollars is excessive and i can't afford it, they would have more sales if they set the prices they used to have, 10 dollars is the most most people would be willing to pay for older buildings.
