Thank you so much so just to clarify if I have a beach epic project and I chose to transfer would it automatically select another beach project just a different building? And when one does do an epic transfer will it also change the finished building design style ( hopefully you understand what I mean on this last question)

If you choose "transfer", the game will randomly choose another fit building, which could be of the same or different specialization (if you have only one appropriate for an epic upgrade building, then you'll be stuck with this spot forever! But you can switch buildings around, so from one spot you theoretically will be able to upgrade all skyscrapers of your city 🙂)
The final design of the epic construction will be dependent on specialization, and among the available styles of this specialization will be selected randomly as well.
