I was uninstall and reinstall several times and hot same notice as posted. Could Provider game give us some solution to fix this matter. Now, i cannot play this game causing updated issue.

    I had download problem with last update.using a Samsung tablet. Finally went to Samsung's save and recover. That broke the download problem. It downloaded and installed and I was back in game after several days.
