Error code: 60002.500.999

Every time I try to access the game I get the following message: ( Error code: 60002.500.999 player id: 563248644). Is there anything that I can do aside from uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I haven't saved my game and don't want to start over.

    Hi @lyneseitu,

    A few tricks have been shared previously on this thread but if the issue persists or if you cannot save your game, I would recommend to contact the Tech support team so they can help further. 

    Let us know if they have any other tips to resolve this problem without uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

    Hi guys,

    I haven't seen new workarounds. When the Community doesn't have more tricks up its sleeves, it's best to contact the Tech support team. They'll look into the issue for you.

    I have been playing in offline mode after I got through the initial tutorial and was working on my progress as I have never cared for online play, but when I decided to login and save my progress online for a backup... BOOM!
    Tried to connect to Facebook to save my Level 32 or 36 game, but could not. I was able to click on trade depot and everything, but signing into google play did nothing but flash the screen and Facebook login kept telling me I was in offline mode.

    Now sometimes when I try to even load the game it gives me this: errorcode 60002.500.999
