11 years agoThere is only one way to explain that. That is they build new residentials too many and level up so fast that they don't have enough money to build service facilities to meet the residents' demand. So they have to bulldoze the new residentials to satisfy the rest people. Meanwhile they waste too much on new buildings and they don't have very tall buildings to keep the population. And that is a serious problem

10 years agoSome people just level up, ie they upgrade the building for XP, then demolish it and build/upgrade again.

Currently there's no point going past level 61 (commercial building upgrades). It's probably possible to get to that level without demolishing any buildings. I'm level 53 1/4, and still have maybe 1/3 to 1/4 space available.
