Factories stopped working

All factories stopped working suddenly on IOS 17.4. It’s not resuming even after stopping and starting the game again, restarted my iPhone, disconnected and reconnected back to the Apple login id, Game Center or Facebook. Nothing worked so far. If the factories isn’t resuming, there is no point in playing this game. The items on the factories are frozen and the clock is not ticking for any item in the factories.
