Find a new Club, find new members

I apologize if this is not allowed but I'm doing it anyway My wife has started a new club but is having trouble recruiting new members her primary focus is war and trade she is looking to recruit a mix of veterans and new alike she just got tired of inconsistent leadership she's not asking that you be great just that you show up and communicate when you can't if this is not the right way to go about doing this please comment and let me know where I should be posting to recruit thank you for your time
