New Region: Space Theme?

It's actually a good idea; there's no more room to build anything new anyway. The only problem is that you need a lot of inhabitants to unlock a region; even after years, I still haven't managed to unlock my last region.

I would  like space theme too and I also would like under water city theme. 

No thanks - I have enough hassle in my regions as it is with Services 2 without adding more, plus going by things as they are now and what I have seen in the last few years, they will only have another excuse to milk the cashcows 🤣
