Find a new Club, find new members

Hi!  I have a suggestion about teams needing new players. As a team leader since the beginning of game (almost), we were reluctant to join another team. We are on level 6. 
i did advertise in these forums. 
along came a team that wanted new members. Their Pres came to play with us. We played well. He went back to his team, and I released more or our members who had not played in two years (Covid?). We are one big happy team (All Vice Presidents) with three leaders. Myself and two others. This was fortunate for both of our teams!

My point is Be willing to think outside of your box. Think about joining a new team, rather than waiting for new members to join you! 
Advertise for how many new members you can take in. We now have 24 in our team!  It works and we are all EXTREMELY HAPPY!

Thank you for reaching out. Yes we are still active and you got that right players get tired and start leaving clubs or taking a break. I am the President of J&C Science. We do war once a week and sometimes  we all get frustrated when we do not win either because we were pair with a cheater opponent or some of us did not go above and beyond. I created the club in 2014 and there are members that have been with me ever since. 

So here is my question  would you like to join us and see who we all feel or you rather to have me with you and see I how feel ? lol . It is a little crazy for me since I am the President but I like your message and I think we can team up. After all is a game and it is all about to have fun.

We were joined by another whole team!  We are now one big blended  family with two strong leaders, and leadership and cooperation from all!  What a nice change. Everyone is happy!  

I highly recommend this type if change to others. I know some are reluctant to close one club to join another. I suggest you keep the oldest club. Let the newest club leave and join the oldest club. There are advantages to this. The older the club, I believe the more autonomy you have as individuals. Experience matters. 

It has worked well for us. 

What I see here in the forums, are tiny clubs, begging for new players. Switch tactics Think about asking for a club to take on all of you. It sure has been a benefit for us.
