Find phone booth

Where do I find phone booth and helmets

    Completing Cargo Air Shipments to London will randomly reward "Bobby's Helmet", "Telephone Box", and "Teapot" upgrade items.

    You can also find these items haunting the Global Market from time-to-time.

    @TamdJohn Assuming you're referring to the mechanics of a game, which game are you referring to?

    There's not enough information to work with here, sorry.

    I'm on level 44 trying to add London territory. To upgrade building, they are asking for a phone booth. Another one is asking for a helmet.
