Yeah I have the same issue - I've spent simoleans and actual $$ and am really pissed. Customer support says to restart the iPad - force quit it...wait for the next update. They don't seem to do updates for bug fixes - just significant game changes and whatnot

Hi,
I have a possible glitch with my police, fire and health. When clicking the Services icon all three of those services are Red, indicating a problem. However none have a residential area displaying red, all seems to be well within the green coverage areas.
Any ideas?

To me it looks like that you have in lower picture above neo city building on the far left one epic building in construction which is not covered by fire station. I presume this is valid for police and health as well.
If I'm not mistake, you're not allowed to do that.

As you can see from my stats demand does not exceed supply by far but I still get alarms and abandoned buildings....grrrrrr. And the cost of the control net coverage is very frustrating with the initial limitation of the Neobank.....impossible to expand without having abandoned homes - and balancing the cost of drone coverage......grrrrrr again.
Has anyone tried checking the government as it usually shows what the building are in relation to fire etc. You get green if okay but red is something is wrong. Could be just one building not connected or away from a road.

JUST FIGURED IT OUT!!!
This is caused by one of your roads that is connecting your services (water, power, etc) is not attached!!
You can have all the services in the world, but if there is a tiny gap in your road, those services aren't providing to your city! Wow, barely noticed it, now I'm getting my people back.
Look at the roads carefully!

Same except mine is doing this an no matter how I position it those exact houses are never covered and also same for power water and sewage! I’ve done everything I could
Edit: actually I fixed by connecting to the main road I had previously removed the part not thinking to continue construction on a house
That did it for me! Thanks! It was driving me crazy!

I too had that problem and was very frustrating then I discovered that I had destroyed a road to get some simoleons and nor realised that a park had moved stopping the road from connecting. Took me a day to realise lol, so make sure you don’t do the same as me.
I’ve struggled with this for a while. I could never figure it out. I couldn’t even complete epic challenges either. This solved both issues! Thanks so Much!
How to solve this problem?
